While generating Form 16 / 16A, if you are getting a message “0 PDF files generated successfully”, please download the updated version of the PDF converter utility 1.3L.
Procedure to Download and install utility:
- Download the PDF Generation Utility by logging in to TRACES.
- Click on Requested Downloads under Downloads menu and then click on TRACES PDF Generation Utility link.
- Unzip and save the utility on your desktop.
- Double-click on the utility (exe) and click on Run.
- Utility will be installed on your desktop.
Alternatively you can download the latest PDF Convertor Utility from TDSMAN website
I am facing the same issue taking long time to generate pdfs. But when I tried in Windows XP its working fast. password to open zip file is TAN in UPPERCASE
Form 27D PDF-CONVERTER V 1.0 problem
We have around 9500 deductees for whom form 27D have to be issue (9500X4). Form 27D PDF-CONVERTER V 1.0 generated around 500 to 700 and sends a message 0 PDF generated. please find solution for this

Details can be changed by logging in TRACES website Deductor panel.
Facing some problems in executing this utility. Its working very slow 4-5 minutes for a form. I have Windows 8 (64 bits) system. Installed 64 bits JRE 1.8. Also installed Acrobat Reader XI. Will you pls put some light on possible reason?

When I down loaded form 16A for interest u/s 194a through traces. without deducting of TDS but interest paid u/s 194A as 15G cases but I am receiving form 16A cerficate from Traces. Is it correct or not
Yes it is correct. Your Tax value will be shown as zero and your Amount will be shown as it is.
