As per Circular No. 01/2012 dated 09.04.2012, it mandatory for all deductors to issue TDS certificate in Form No. 16A after generating and downloading the same from TRACES website.
TDSMAN is integrated with TRACES and helps downloading of TDS certificates from the software itself.
What is the due date of downloading Form 16(Part A)/Form 16A.Please provide the details(reference) of respective amendment/notification/or circular for the same.
Is it possible to download Form 16 by a beneficiary instead of TDS deducter , as he is able to view Form 26AS.
No, currently the TDS certificate can be downloaded by the Deductor of that respective TAN only.
