Date Extended for TDS Returns (FY: 20-21, Q-4)

Extension of time limits for certain TDS compliances has taken place, to provide relief to taxpayers in view of the severe pandemic.

• 30^th June 2021 – Due date of filing TDS Return for Quarter 4 of Financial Year 2020-2021 (Earlier it was 31^st May 2021)
• 15^th July 2021 – Due date for issuing TDS Certificate of Q4, Financial Year 2020-2021 (Earlier it was 15^th June 2021)
• 30^th June 2021 – Due date for filing TDS/TCS Book Adjustment Statement for the month of May 2021 (Earlier it was 15^th June 2021)
